Orange Theory Fitness

Orangetheory Fitness (OTF) was the distinctive winner of this year’s Structure and Organization Award. Originally started in 2009, in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Orangetheory’s increased heartrate-based, interval training workout facilities have grown rapidly, spreading into 500 locations through franchising across the nation. Currently employing 20 trainers and staff in the Frisco area and boasting more than 2,000 members in their original location, OTF created key positions within its organizational leadership, including regional marketing, business and operations teams, and these positions include key support staff.
