The Bee's Knees
Provided by Bartender Jennifer Jackson, Tupelo Honey, Frisco
Makes one serving
- 2 ounces gin
- .75 ounces freshly squeezed lemon juice
- .75 ounces bottled honey syrup
Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice and shake for 8-10 seconds. Strain into a chilled Coupe glass (also called a Champagne saucer) and garnish with a lemon twist.
