Fudgy Chambord Chocolate Mousse

For mousse:

  • 1 cup Chambord liqueur
  • 4 ounces semisweet chocolate
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

For chocolate fudge sauce:

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup of salted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups cocoa powder, sifted
