Noel E. Koenke, interviewed in our April article “Balanced Hormones, Balanced Home,” has a master’s degree in spiritual care and is a certified natural hormone balancing specialist. She works with BeBalanced Hormone Weight Loss Centers and is the regional natural hormone balancing manager. Ms. Koenke wants the Frisco community to be safe and healthy so they can live a happier life. “When our community members are healthy and happy, it not only serves to enhance personal relationships and the energy of the city but also increases productivity, the quality of our work and a more positive work environment. Health affects all areas of our lives, so if there is any way I can help promote holistic wellness in the community, that is where I want to be!”

Ms. Koenke took a big leap when she led the opening of the business during a pandemic with little brand awareness, no client base and no experience in sales. Despite the unfavorable conditions, in 14 months Ms. Koenke led her center to “place 11th nationally in sales while also achieving the highest closure rate in the country.” Also, Ms. Koenke can provide many great services to her customers because she understands the pain of being overweight. “Having struggled with weight my entire life, reaching over 200 pounds in my early 30's, I understand the frustration, desperation, physical ailments and hopelessness that results from not being able to shed the pounds.”

Before moving to Texas, Ms. Koenke felt she had lost her resiliency and self-confidence so she decided to sell all the belongings she could not take with her and hit the road with her dog, Chuck, without any plan or job in mind. After driving through Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida and Louisiana for five weeks, she ended up in Texas. “This life is so much better than I could have ever imagined, and words cannot express the gratitude I have in my heart for everyone who has given me a chance and supported me on this journey.”
