Tuna Steak Sandwich with Broccoli Slaw

  1. Cover tuna steaks with soy sauce, olive oil, salt, pepper. Marinate in a container or bag for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix broccoli slaw, seasame oil, bal- salmic vinegar and sesame seeds in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Mix mayo and spices in a small bowl and set aside.
  4. Toast the buns.
  5. Heat a medium skillet on medium high until hot. Sear tuna for 2.5 minutes on each side for medium rare (2 on each side for rare or 3 on each side for medium).
  6. Prepare sandwiches as shown.
