INGREDIENTS

Jalapeño Peach Barbecue Sauce
Tangy Blueberry Barbecue Sauce
Cherry Barbecue Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Jalapeño Peach Barbecue Sauce
  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan then add the onion. Heat the mixture for about five minutes then stir in your garlic and cook for about one more minute.
  2. Add the rest of your ingredients (except the jalapenos) to the pan. Bring the mixture to boil and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
  3. Add the jalapenos and let the mixture simmer for about 20 minutes.
  4. Once the sauce has cooled, blend it in a blender until it is smooth.
Tangy Blueberry Barbecue Sauce
  1. Heat your olive oil in a saucepan. Add the onion and garlic and cook over medium low heat.
  2. Add the other ingredients and simmer the mixture over heat for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. After the sauce cools, blend the mixture in the blender until smooth.
Cherry Barbecue Sauce
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan. Add the onion and cook until softened.
  2. Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds. Add the bourbon, ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, crushed red pepper flakes and salt and pepper.
  3. Bring the mixture to a simmer and add the cherries. Cook the sauce for about five minutes.
  4. Use a blender to puree the sauce until it is smooth.
