Pepper Nachos

Spice up traditional nachos with this peppery twist from Frisco Style Magazine

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Cut your peppers into large slices and spoon in the ground beef.
  2. Add toppings (avocado, jalapenos, tomatoes, cheese) like you would on nachos.
  3. Heat the dish in the oven until the cheese is melted. Add a dollop of sour cream.
