2008 Photo Contest Entry Form

Frisco STYLE invites you to submit your favorite photos. The Grand Prize Winner will have the prestige of their photo on the cover of our August 2008 Arts issue. In addition, we will publish other winning entries throughout that issue. Winners will be chosen by Frisco STYLE staff.

The entry fee is $30 per person for up to five submissions, 50% of all proceeds will be donated to the Frisco Association for the Arts.

Winners will be announced with the publishing of the August 2008 Issue.

REQUIREMENTS:
All entries must be submitted with a completed entry form must be received by July 1, 2008.
Digital files only • Dimensions = 8”x10” • 300 dpi • jpg format • up to five entries per person
Submissions may be delivered in person to 7776 Main Street, Frisco or by mail to Frisco STYLE Photo Contest

By submitting your photo, unlimited permission to publish is granted.
